Sunglass Return Policy:
- Shipping returns is at your expense. Please make sure you return your merchandise by a traceable method (a tracking number) as we are not responsible for lost packages being returned.
- After 30 Days = No returns accepted * Please see our replacement program
- All Sunglass returns must be in original condition and complete with all original packaging. Inspiredshades.com will inspect all merchandise returns. Upon approved inspection, full credit less shipping and handling charges will be issued back to your credit card.
Sunglass Exchange Policy:
- All exchanges must be in original condition and complete with all original packaging. Inspiredshades.com will inspect all merchandise exchanges. Upon receipt of merchandise and approved inspection, we will exchange for the model of your choice.
- No Exchanges will be accepted after 30 days of date of invoice.
- InspiredShades sunglasses come with a 30 day warranty against damages.
- Sunglasses must be returned to inspiredshades.com along with $2.99 for shipping and handling and a replacement will be sent. If an exact replacement model is not available, a credit will be given towards another style/model of your choice or a refund will be issued. *After 30 days please see our replacement program.
Special note on orders with special discounts:
- If your purchase entitled you to free shipping based on the total of your order, and your returns drop the total of your order below the threshold that allowed you to have free shipping, we will charge you for the shipping cost of the original order.
- If your purchase entitled you to a free gift based on the total of your order, and your returns drop the total of your order below the free gift threshold , we ask that you return the gift. If you would like to keep the gift, we would charge you the value of the gift, which is stated on our free gift offer.
- If your purchase entitled you to a discount based on the total of your order, and your returns drop the total of your order below the discount threshold, you will be charged for the difference.
